YWP Get-Together | Next Generation Water Action: Turning Challenges into Opportunities

We would like to invite IWA YWPs to participate at the next YWP’s Get-Together to share information about the Next Generation Water Action initiative and their experiences as water leaders.

IWA Young Water Professionals took an active part in this inspiring initiative, offering their support, not only on the organisational level, but also taking an active part in the Mentorship Programme, offering their expertise to their junior mentees. Having gained much valuable experience and observations, they would like to invite YWPs to get together, share their observations and gained perspectives, and see how collectively as IWA YWPs they can work together towards developing solutions to water challenges.

Technical University of Denmark’s Next Generation Water Action is an international initiative, which involves over a hundred of young professionals coming from academic and entrepreneurial backgrounds. 2021 has brought together participants from Kenya, Ghana, Republic of Korea, India, Mexico, and Denmark, who served as the Next Generation of Water Leaders. Bringing together their diverse talent and experience, they advanced on developing striking ideas in providing solutions to the most compelling challenges of sustainable water.
